Mentoring program

A strong partner

Our mentoring program is designed to make it easier for you to start your career.

Trainees from the second year of training are teamed up with each trainee. They accompany you on your first day of work and point out all important things.

In addition, the mentors are of course also on hand to provide advice and support throughout the entire training period. This doesn't mean that the instructors won't have an open ear for you at all times and help you with questions and problems.
