Balak

Once a year, thyssenkrupp rothe erde Germany GmbH organizes the so-called Balak trip. Balak is a German acronym meaning: "Best trainees get to know foreign companies".

You have the chance to get to know one of our foreign companies better if your overall performance is very good.

The best trainees from Lippstadt, Dortmund and Eberswalde travel to one of our foreign companies for a week to get to know the work processes, plant and culture of the respective country better.
