It's that time again at the beginning of August!

Every year, around 25 motivated trainees start a new year of training in various professions at Rothe Erde!

We were finally able to organize a “Rothe Erde-wide” trainee graduation ceremony again this year. In addition to the current apprentices, the so-called “Corona graduates” also joined in the celebrations retrospectively.

In bright sunshine, a total of 40 former trainees from Dortmund and Lippstadt gathered at Seaside Beach on the Baldeneysee in Essen to celebrate this special occasion.

Here you will learn practical, manual and mechanical basic skills.

Social project

Since it is important to work well together, our trainees support the neighboring kindergarten. They collect donations and also lend a hand on site.
