It's that time again at the beginning of August!

Every year, around 25 motivated trainees start a new year of training in various professions at Rothe Erde!

We were finally able to organize a “Rothe Erde-wide” trainee graduation ceremony again this year. In addition to the current apprentices, the so-called “Corona graduates” also joined in the celebrations retrospectively.

In bright sunshine, a total of 40 former trainees from Dortmund and Lippstadt gathered at Seaside Beach on the Baldeneysee in Essen to celebrate this special occasion.
