Machined rings

Besides rolled blanks, we offer different levels of mechanical machining for our rings. Thanks to our experience in manufacturing slewing bearings, not only can we machine on CNC lathes, but also drill holes and gears from the most varied of modules. For head circle diameters of 400 to 10,000 millimetres, tried-and-tested options for inner and outer gears are available, and, depending on the load, with inductive tooth flank or tooth base hardening too. Special procedures, such as nitriding complete the range. Thus, we are able to offer ready-to-install components for the most diverse of applications, based on customer requirements.
