In the aerospace industry, absolute precision is paramount. For this reason, seamlessly rolled construction elements are required in order to withstand the extreme loads and fluctuations in temperature at great heights. For this purpose, titanium, aluminium, and materials with high nickel content which are rolled with a force of up to 500 tons are used.

By pressing the primary materials with up to 6,000 tons, thyssenkrupp rothe erde takes development to ever greater dimensions. Our structure elements are used in civil aviation, but also contribute to the success of world space missions: From the Ariane 5 to the Space Shuttle.
