The four-row roller bearing differs from the three-row design by incorporating an additional radial track. This design therefore has two axial raceways with horizontally arranged rollers and two radial raceways with vertically arranged rollers. They are typically used in applications that require extremely high radial loads combined with significant axial loads and torques.
This type of bearing was developed to address the need for transferring higher radial loads by accommodating the deformation of the surrounding structure. The four raceways ensure even load distribution, providing both high load-carrying capacity and stability under extreme conditions.
Our four-row roller bearings are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications such as those used in the offshore sector.
