Torque bearings do not include axial ball bearings. Since they are not self-retaining, our axial ball bearings are better suited to use with concentrically-operating loads.

Every turntable is made of two steel rings which are designed to mount flanges. A favourable power transmission direction between the profile rings and the balls made of rolling bearing steel results from the cutting process for producing the raceways.

Our rothe erde^® profile bearings are a specific type of ball bearing slewing rings. We distinguish between two types of profile bearings - firstly, L profile bearings which are bent and welded, and secondly, the seamlessly rolled and subsequently profiled rings. Thus, they are an exceptionally economical edition in terms of storage.

Our profile bearings are mainly used in limited assembly space since the screw heads form part of the overall height of the bearing.
