Rolling bearings are machine elements that enable a rotary motion and absorb loads between rotating and stationary parts of machines. They absorb radial, axial or both forces depending on the design. The rolling elements minimize friction during rotation due to the small contact surfaces of the rolling bodies between the inner and outer ring.

Our competence in the field of design, development and production of rolling bearings is based on tradition and experience in the bearing industry. The products are developed, designed and manufactured solely by our Slovakian subsidiary located in Považská Bystrica, Slovakia.

For our production process, we make sure to procure quality materials from renowned manufacturers and ensure the compliance with quality standards.
We produce the main components in our own facilities: bearing rings, roller elements and cages. This allows us to monitor and guarantee the high quality of our products at all stages of the production. The way the components are being machined depends on their shape, the materials used and the final properties required. When managing the entire design, development and production process, we rely on an established and certified quality management system according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Filing records from individual production and control operations for potential use in the future is a must.
In order to achieve the final performance characteristics of the bearing and its reliable function during the intended service life, the correct choice of materials of individual bearing components and the method of their heat treatment is extremely important. With the ever-increasing demand for larger rolling bearings, the factor of economically efficient production plays an extremely important role. We are proud to be able to offer our customers a wide variety of traditional and new methods of heat treatment and hardening including a patented inductive hardening procedure without a soft spot.
