Our secure online electronic whistleblower system is available in 34 languages and to every thyssenkrupp employee, and also to customers, suppliers and other Third Parties. Incoming reports are checked and processed by thyssenkrupp AG's Compliance Officers. By setting up a protected mailbox, follow-up communication - which can be made anonymous if required - between the compliance officer and whistleblower is also possible.

In 34 languages free of charge: telephone hotline

Information can also be passed on at all times using a telephone hotline. Incoming reports are checked and processed by Compliance Officers. Here, we promise to treat comments confidentially and to protect the whistleblower to the best of our ability against any negative impacts which may result from an incident report.

Confidential and anonymous the ombudsman

Employees who see the need for a personal and confidential conversation either before or whilst submitting information are invited to contact the ombudsman at thyssenkrupp AG. Although the ombudsman acts in the interest of thyssenkrupp, he is nonetheless able to forward on information anonymously, should this be requested. Dr. Dietrich Max is thyssenkrupp AG’s ombudsman and long-term partner at the Taylor Wessing law office in Düsseldorf. He has held the role of Compliance Ombudsman since 15th April 2013.
