Theory and practice - training for your slewing bearing

With our training courses, we pursue the goal of training you as well as your employees in topics such as mounting, maintenance and checking operational safety in such a way that the service life of your slewing bearings is maximized.

The correct handling of slewing bearings is taught at thyssenkrupp rothe erde with theoretical and technical basic knowledge as well as practical training. The practical training takes place at your equipment on site.

Theoretical Trainings

Here we impart theoretical basics and important background knowledge about our products. After the training, we will issue you and your employees with a certificate of successful participation.

The theoretical training can take place at our plant. However, we are also happy to come to you.

One-day theoretical training

Option 1

  • Training room: thyssenkrupp rothe erde Germany GmbH - Lippstadt plant

  • Start of training: 9:00 a.m. End of training approx. 4:00 p.m.

  • Lunch: 12:00 p.m. (in the plant canteen)

  • Number of participants: up to 15 persons

  • Costs from 2.000,- € (plus VAT)

  • Info: This offer does not include accommodation. Hotels and guesthouses are available in the surrounding area. We will gladly send you a reference list. If required, we are happy to offer a free guided tour of the plant.

Option 2

  • Training location: at your company

  • Training start: 8:00 a.m.

  • End of training: as required

  • Number of participants: up to 15 persons

  • Costs from 1.500,- € (plus travel expenses and VAT)

  • Info: Here is also the possibility to conduct the practical training directly on your equipment.

Practical Trainings

In addition to the theoretical part, we also offer practical training to prepare users for optimum maintenance of our slewing bearings. This is the only way to ensure continuous, safe and trouble-free operation. The practical training is designed to enable you to carry out the necessary work independently afterwards.

We carry out this practical training worldwide in your production areas as well as on your equipment. In this way, we create a realistic environment and ideal conditions for plant-specific training.
