Position: Key Account Manager

Professional background: Over 10 years of experience in strategic purchasing at Siemens as Global Commodity Manager in the casting and casting processing division. More than 6 years at Rothe Erde, first as an expert for Procurement Strategy & Development and currently as Key Account Manager, where I sit on the other side of the negotiation table.

Core competence: Empathic understanding of roles in strategic commodity management and key account management (as a sparring partner).

Motivation: Life is multifaceted and invites us to expand our knowledge and meet new people. Interpersonal relationships in particular are often the most complex and fascinating.

Special skills: Making complex data understandable.

Fun fact: In China, I noticed that many cab drivers have problems reading English characters.

Position: Project manager in engineering

Professional background: Degree in mechanical engineering. Several years of experience as a research assistant, including supervision of various industrial projects. Has been working as a project manager in engineering at Rothe Erde for two years.

Core competence: Extensive experience in computational and experimental fatigue strength as well as service life assessment of components and systems. Processing of projects both at technical specialist level and with regard to coordination and strategic control, always with a holistic approach and focus on high-quality results.

Professional goals: Developing innovative products and customized solutions that not only enable technological advances, but also encourage and require continuous personal development

Special skills: Confident handling of versatile subject areas, even in a dynamic and hectic environment, always with calmness and a clear focus on the essential goals.
