All procurement functions are located in our main sales and supply markets and all acting as one face towards our suppliers. All Procurement activities are framed by harmonized processes and one common lean organizational structure. Learning from our suppliers, sharing best practices and constant benchmarking let our professionalism grow every day.

For bundling and developing our core commodities we live a global Lead Buyer organization. For core commodities, strong and experienced Lead Buyer teams are responsible for strategic and tactical sourcing from Market Research, Supplier Development & Release up to Awarding & Contract Management. We also use the thyssenkrupp group Procurement network to share expertise and to achieve synergies.
