My background / my job
In 2011, I joined Rothe Erde India Private Ltd. I was very pleased to get the opportunity to work for a world’s renowned organization. For me it is very important that I am happy with the work that I do. Still to this day, I enjoy working in the Production Department for Rothe Erde India
My challenges
Most of the challenges I face at work are due to the competitiveness of our market. My team and I need to maximize the production in the shortest possible time while maintaining the best quality possible of the products. In addition, I need to be highly concentrated while working to prevent any accidents from happening. We always keep up the zero-accident-vision with the help of our work discipline, work experience and regular training sessions.
My typical working day
What I like most about my typical working day is that every day is different from the day before. For me, every day is an opportunity to learn something new. This especially helps my team and me to come up with new ideas when working with the Development Department.
