My background / my job

In 2007, I joined Rothe Erde India Private Ltd. I work in production - more precisely the Heat Treatment Department.

My challenges

In my daily work, I face different kind of challenges. The first priority of my team and me is to manufacture the best quality products possible at the first attempt, while preventing any accidents from happening.

Probably the most important challenge, we as the production team need to manage, is to satisfy our customers.

I personally believe that every challenge is an opportunity for a learning experience and that through challenges we further develop our skills.

My typical working day

My typical day consists of doing TPM, cleaning the machines and keeping the workplace safe for everyone.

My employer Rothe Erde

Rothe Erde India Private Ltd. plays a very important role in my life. I appreciate that a healthy and safe work environment is the first priority. In addition, the company supports the growth of environmental friendly energy by supplying products for the manufacturing of wind turbines. What I like most is that the company contributes a lot for people who are destitute and in need. Therefore, I am very proud to say that I work for Rothe Erde India.

My personal goal is to do a good job with my team so that we all can make the company grow as a whole.
